* The Antidote pirate party posse takes over the Captain for one night. The Captain has long been a near secret spot to get an affordable drink with a view of the Bund and Pudong Skyline. They've recently fixed things up, expanded the outdoor patio, added a projector and screen, and cleaned up the furnishings. Don't worry, it's still a dive!

For the Antidote party, Saturday Aug.23, they'll be offering reduced price select cocktails and beers. We're also reserving the entire 6th floor's private rooms (part of the Captain Youth Hostel). The rooms will be used for ... god knows what. Watch out for pervey pirates and wayward sea men!

Captain Slackerton is back from journeys in the wild west. Strapping young sailor DJ Tryall (New York / London) will be playing Shanghai for the first time. Feared Pirate Blaise has returned from Europe with new booty. Ozone will navigate, Fish will swim, HEAN will make swoony visuals.
