The Glam Ghetto was over the top this year, with everyone decked out in eurotrash accessories and blatant fakes. KidPlastik made his DJ debut with crowd rocking dance rock. Fish, an 18-year-old local lad, debuted his first self-produced track -- a wicked, raw, minimal breaks sound.

* Antidote and 4-Live hosted Beijing's Nana and New Pants, two of China's finest new music talents.

* Although Antidote at C's bar always has a bit of live electronic music in the mix, we needed a venue that had a proper stage to have full-fledged live music acts. Fabrique Club was in the process of changing over to 4 Live, so we test-drived it this night.
